[Club Meeting] UNDO THE DESK: How 2 stay fit in a desk bound

How long do you sit each day? How long do you sit in a car? At work? On your couch? Most people in today's modern societies sit way too much. But did you know that sitting too much can actually kill you?

If that sounds scary, take a deep breath and keep reading. We have a proven method of mental and physical techniques to stay strong, healthy, (and even sexy) when our sedentary lives and 9-5 jobs make it hard to do so. At this presentation for the Atlanta Rotaract Club, we'll show you how to strengthen your core, correct your shoulder and back posture, and get your booty moving to undo all the damage that sitting at a desk too long can do.

After you participate in this workshop, you'll be armed with no-sweat muscle activation techniques, breathing exercises, and mindfulness skills that will help you move and lead better, both in and outside of work.
